At the heart of her work is a simple mission: to help people feel confident, refreshed, and truly their best.

Mandy is a dedicated yoga teacher specializing in Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga since 2020. A certified Reiki Master and sound bath practitioner, she weaves energetic healing and sound into her classes to create a deeply grounding and restorative experience. Her approach blends multiple healing modalities, offering students and clients the opportunity to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate a clear, rooted connection to self. Since 2023, she has been sharing her unique offerings at the spa, holding space for deep transformation and inner stillness.

Celina grew up training as a professional ballet dancer in Evanston, IL, before attending the University of Michigan School of Music, Theater, and Dance as a Dance and Spanish major, where she expanded her focus to include contemporary dance. An unexpected injury shattering the bones in her right foot challenged her to reimagine how she could move, heal, and maintain vitality through intuitively developed exercises that were both restorative and empowering. As a Balanced Bodycertified Pilates instructor, she combines the precision and artistry of dance with the rehabilitative and holistic principles of Pilates. What began as a personal journey of recovery has become a deeply rewarding career: helping others move with intention, grace, and vitality.

For nearly 20 for those years Leslie has honed her craft at the prestigious Five-Star rated Grand Spa, providing a world-class standard. Specializing in deep tissue, Swedish massage, and reflexology. Leslie has a truly refined and knowledgeable approach, tailoring every massage to create a personalized and deeply restorative experience. Customizing each session to address specific client needs, from chronic tension relief to pure relaxation. She believes that the power of touch, combined with a holistic approach, is key to helping clients achieve optimal health.

Executive Chef Christian Ojedas love of food began in the bustling markets of Valparaiso, Chile, where childhood visits sparked a culinary journey from Santa Fe restaurants to Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide. His defining years came working for legendary chefs like Hubert Keller and Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas, followed by leadership roles at Calistoga Ranch, Montage, and Bernardus Lodge and Spa. He describes his cooking as progressive Americandrawing from his Southwest roots, South American heritage, and classic French techniques with a philosophy centered on simplicity and perfect execution. Returning to Utah as Executive Chef at The Grand America Hotel, he brings decades of experience to Laurel Brasserie & Bar with one goal: creating food so delicious that guests want to return again and again.
