Our Culinary Team prepares all items daily according to the amount of anticipated business. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Payment is charged at the time of service. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-show parties are charged at the full price.

Each tea service includes an individual pot of loose-leaf tea brewed to perfection, along with a selection of delicately sliced tea sandwiches and a rotating curation of petite-fours baked daily by The Grand Americas team of pastry chefs.
From Winter teas served with a side of Sugar Plum Fairies to the delectable witches brew served up at Halloween, holiday celebrations are our special-tea.


Chef Xavier Baudinet is the Executive Pastry Chef at The Grand America. The passion Chef exudes is more than a little appealing. He has the ability to make you believe in a mission. Like a coach or, as he would say, the conductor of an orchestra. This passion extends to his passion for patisserie. I love dessert. I love my job. Every day, when I wake up, I feel inspired.
